Yes its amazing how far we've moved on. I was sexually abused age 7 and didn't have anywhere I felt safe to turn to. I'm so grateful that children nowadays have safe places online

I know how scary it is to tell someone what you are going through, Im 29 and I was very scared to tell anyone! But I told my mom and my doctor. I'm waiting for therapy and hoping things will get better after that. It does help to tell someone and let it all out! ❤️

@pea don't think that. Trust me I feel that way all the time and it consumes me more. You will figure out how to cope and it's not easy but we are all here for you.

This is a safe place for all us sufferers wether you're 9 or 90, ? I'm just sorry to hear someone so young is suffering but when I think back I suffered this aslong as I can remember when I was your age and tougher

Someone at school maybe?I'm no expert and wouldn't want to give misleading advice but sounds like you definitely have issues with anxiety and panic. You really need to seek advice as soon as possible. It makes me so sad that someone your age is going through this ? I just want to give you a hug. ❤️ You aren't alone remember that. @progress.. Well not really my best friend is nine and a half and she’s the only one who supports me my mom doesn’t believe me and I’m scared to tell anyone else. *hugs*

At least you have a best friend that makes me feel better knowing you have someone at least! And maybe if you could talk to a school nurse or a teacher they can then talk to your mom for you and make her see how much you are suffering ❤️

No I’m not. I just turned 9

If nine year olds aren’t allowed to join, :/. I need help too

I don’t really know what “type”, I just know I have most of the symptoms like I repeat words often trying to say them perfectly or when I don’t do something my body wants me to do I sweat and shake and basically panic until I do it, and I get panic attacks when I sit in a chair to long at school.
