Yes, I used to have constant panic attacks one after another all night. CBD oil helped me with that ?

Used to! I mostly credit my SSRI with helping me through that.

I use to, as well! Melatonin helped at first, but I think it's best only to help you along - I don't think it should be relied upon (you can build a tolerance, and then it becomes less effective). What personally helped me the most was what I now know is called "mindfulness" - sort of focusing on your body and surroundings in order to not let anxiety from your thoughts impact you to the extent that it greatly disrupts your day or ability to sleep. It's less complicated than I'm explaining, but I'd highly, highly recommend an app called "Headspace" if you'd like a great explanation - it's a meditation app, but it guides you through in a very simple, easy, accessible way. (I hope it's okay if I mention the app here - I'm not affiliated with them, and wanted to mention the app only because someone suggested it to me during a very anxious week recently, and I was very surprised by how much calmer it made me that week.) The first 10 sessions are free, and I think even if you don't continue it, those 10 sessions go through some basic exercises that I think would be useful for you to do on your own any time you want. Other than that, I'd also suggest breathing exercises! I personally find the 4-7-8 breathing exercise in the link below very helpful for sleeping, and I also later discovered it's very helpful if I start to feel overwhelming anxiety or slightly panicky - it is nearly always able to calm me down several notches to where it becomes manageable! https://www.drweil.com/health-wellness/body-mind-spirit/stress-anxiety/breathing-three-exercises/ Sorry for such a long post - I used to have insomnia for several years, and I can relate a lot and sympathize with being unable to sleep - I know how frustrating and even helpless it can make you feel. But know that you can do it! It's been years and I no longer have insomnia, I never need to take melatonin now - but it was a journey and took time, and took trial and error to see what worked for me personally. I know you'll succeed!
