Advice on is it an OCD thought or not??
Does anyone else struggle to work out if a thought they are having is an OCD/intrusive thought or just a genuine thought. I am going through quite a bit in my life at the moment where I need to make some big decisions so I think the deep thinking and some rumination around that is quite normal but I am really struggling to make a decision on any of it which I do think is my OCD and anxiety trying to keep me stuck/safe but at the same time it's making me question whether the thoughts I'm having around bringing me to a decision are OCD or not. Does anyone understand what I mean?
