NAC for help w/ OCD
Has anyone tried using the supplement NAC before? I read it has helped a lot of people, but unsure if this is true!

@Anonymous My psychiatrist advised me to take 2 600 mg in the morning and 2 600 mg in the evening. She also recommended I take Olly for stress. It has a few other natural remedies. I will keep you posted how Olly works as I have just started taking it.
Anyone take myo inositol? I heard it can help with anxiety/ocd/sleep. Iām going to take 1000 mg of it and magnesium supplement at night.
I use it and it works very well for me.
@organizedchaos How much do you take and how often?
I have, but was taking a dose lower than what the studies showed to be effective, so that's likely why I didn't find it made a difference. This reminded me to try again and set a reminder for myself. Like an adult š
