To mentally be at peace more often because I have created a “spam filter” for the intrusive thoughts, through the tools I’ve learned from ERP. To also use the tools I’ve learned to help others by spreading awareness. So many people don’t know that OCD is what they are struggling with because I had no clue until just this year. Helping someone spot the signs sooner would be great. To continue to live my life to the fullest and being present in every moment.

To get past this constant anxiety. I get anxious and then because of that I question a mistake or action that I made/took. Then I get more anxious talking and thinking about it. I also ruminate. I can not stop ruminating about my relationship and it’s effect on my finances. Every time I get ahead or catch up, something sets me back. Now it is starting to be apparent at work. My director pointed out that I dozed off at a meeting … I dozed because I was up all night with anxiety and took a Xanax . The Xanax kicked in hours later at a meeting. I just can not get out of this cycle. If I do not break free, I am now afraid I may harm myself…
