Oh, life would be so much easier if I had someone I really felt comfortable talking to, someone who really understood and listened to me. I'm feeling pretty desperate about it, but alas, here I am, I don't feel understood.
I hope you don’t feel alone anymore! You can always talk to me! Life gets super hard we’re all going through it you’re not alone. I completely understand I don’t have anyone to talk to about my OCD either I feel crazy when I talk to my family who doesn’t struggle with it as well. Maybe I can help.

I don't know, I tried to talk about some things with so many people but not luck. Besides, some of it's religious where people have strong opinions, etc
@Anonymous i get this i feel like im the only person on this planet that has the worst thoughts imaginable after getting this app i really realized im not alone, im always here to talk i dont really have anyone either ive only told limited things to one friend and a therapist my whole life. i wish i could tell someone without the fear of being judged or rejected cause i have like 12 years of crap i need to get off my chest and about the religious part i’m christian so idk if you are but i have knowledge abt that and if not i don’t judge any religions
@iluvjesus Again, it's not just OCD; and I've tried to tell others with and without OCD alike and nobody understands. And about the religious things, they are things that people tend to be very opinionated about and don't listen to me for long before trying to argue about it.

I've been posting anonymously about the issue for 2 years now, and people seem nice enough to talk about it, but when I do, they never understand, they don't listen to me, and they say some hypocrital and hurtful [even if they don't sound hurtful from the outside they're hurtful to me] things. I understand what you're trying to say. It could just be somebody who's just really adamant about the app but also doesn't get around to responding to people. Or it could be advertising, or a bot. I think you could bring this to NOCD's attention and they can make sure it's not an issue. There's not a whole lot else I can think to do about it.
Does anyone else wish there was a chat feature to speak with a coach or counselor on here? I guess they might worry that people will seek immediate reassurance, but sometimes being all alone is horrible. I have had non stop adrenaline since Friday and being alone like this feels 10x worse. I visited someone yesterday, and I’m trying to hold out to see my therapist tomorrow but it’s so difficult. I am so alone.
I just feel so lonely with my thoughts. I want someone to sit next to me for hours so we talk and I cry and I open up fully. I tried therapy but it just isn’t enough. I am extremely scared that I lose my mind any second and not be able to function normally like be hospitalized for the rest of my life. I can’t anymore. It’s too hard. I cannot open up because my thoughts and concerns are all sexual like about my sexual orientation or if I want to have threesome or what happens after and should I do it or not. I have this urge to ask my 23 yo sister about it but deep down I am afraid she would not understand me and judge me. it’s so scary to live my life. I am zoned out all the time. I am tired and scared and lonely and stuck. I cannot get anything done.
I’m having a bad episode right now and I’m feeling so depressed and I’m crying like a baby because I’m thinking that if my mom knew the reasons I’m like this she would hate me and what would I ever do without my mom. I’m feeling so alone. I just need my mom but I know I can’t open up to her. Like even if I’m this horrible person my mom would despise me too? I can’t handle that someone please help.
