I don’t know what is it exactly..but i do believe that these thoughts are from me i think about it and after that I regret it

Ok. I will say that OCD is widely misunderstood. A lot of people think of OCD as excessively checking and washing things. I know that’s what I thought until I really started learning about it. But for some people it can give them a lot of sexual thoughts.

I also know that OCD can make you think you want something that you really don’t.

Please look into OCD as being an explanation for why you have these thoughts. I don’t judge you even if it’s not OCD, but I think it’s worth exploring. Society may not understand what it’s like to live with, but everyone on this app does❤️

Bordy.i have sexual thoughts about my mom dad brother dead bestfriend, a cat ,a dog ,a baby..I dreamed that my brother died and when i wake up i think sexually of him when he died...i have sexual thoughts about anything you can imagine and not just sexual i have different types of horrible thoughts plus i made the biggest mistakes that you can imagine ..

Do you think that I’m a bad person to have these thoughts?
