Me too, been interfering with my work this morning. Ugh I feel for you, people don’t understand unless you’ve been through it, I’m sorry this is happening. Just got to stay strong and keep moving on👍🏻.

Try not to judge yourself so much, like you said you are not your thoughts. I am the queen at being harsh on myself so I know how easy it is. When you are struggling like today try doing some breathing exercises and remind yourself “I do not associate with that thought, that thought is not mine, it is the OCD talking. I do not need to judge myself because I do not feel that way” Think of a much simpler example like say your favorite color is orange but your brain says my favorite color is green today. You know it isn’t your thought and you disassociate with it. It just seems more complicated when it’s a nasty thought instead of something so innocent. I hope your afternoon is lighter and you find some peace today 🫶🏼
