Following people now… 🥱🥱🥱

I’m getting thoughts that I’m following women. I did see a nice looking woman on my way to the river and I did go a bit like a meerkat but we went in separate directions. Now I’m sitting by the river being paranoid that I’m staring at white women… I’m white. I’m thinking the women are too young too when they are well past it being an issue even if I was interested. In other news the flower children at the river were eating thali and I said hello so I got POCD exposure. I’ve promised then chalk whenI get paid and every day they are asking for chalk lol. The chalk will cost £1 for forty coloured sticks. They can make extra money drawing for tourists and it is a bargain for me. I’ve told the tea stand nearby that he should sell chalk as I’m sure the children would continue to get chalk long after I move on that way. I honestly feel like I’ll be in the news rn and they will use my messages and social media as evidence. I know I have had a lot of caffeine and I said this would happen.

They were an interesting band , unfortunate that they folded up in 2015 . I am listening to Rob Zombie at the moment .

@777Q I’m glad you know them. In general I’m doing okay but if I have a problem it is good to at least tell someone once. How are you?

@777Q Now anxiety is lower I’ve noticed women looking at me. I’m losing a bit of weight rn just from being broke and I get homemade food which is healthy. I went shopping too so now I have smart clothes.

Things are still bittersweet with the wife and I. Things take time . I have been watching videos of Courtney Cox very talented attractive guitar player in her mid thirties. She actually played an excellent tribute for Pantera Dimebag of Cemetery Gates . He had been killed on stage years ago while performing, interesting story .

I should add that I’ve done a ton of mindfulness, meditation and self help over the past year and when I say I’m sat by the river I’m doing so to be relaxed. I’m watching each alarming thought pop in and out of my mind and I’m waiting for them to go altogether. I’m not going to affirm them with an emotional response if that makes sense.

Aarti starts soon. Some people will bring fire to water at evening time. I’m waiting for that because you can hear the temple chanting from across the river. I do this regularly to relax. The Ganges is always relaxing though.

I know I’m allowed to look at people. I’m even allowed to watch them if I’m respectful. If I wanted to go where the lady was going I was welcome to if I chose to. The real question is why won’t I go up to them and talk. It would be perfectly legal, moral and normal.

😂😂😂 there is a difference between watching people sleep and watching them meditate. 😂😂😂 Here by the river when people are meditating and doing yoga you get a contact calm sort of. A guy had a set of wooden flutes yesterday and there were some very professional yoga practitioners on the next step. Turned out one of those yoga girls was a dancer and they performed impromptu together. I felt very privileged.
