I need sensory relief!
I am constantly fidgeting and playing with my hair as sensory relief. I have a great deal of sensory processing issues. Like, finger picking, shaking leg, playing with my hair, etc. These are all things I sometimes don’t even notice my body I’m doing. It almost feels I am not in control. I have others constantly pointing it out and asking why. Makes me super embarrassed and uncomfy. Any fidget recommendations or anything to help me find other ways of relief or desensitization??
