Try the 5-4-3-2-1 method to ground yourself.
Sometimes it helps me to lie down flat on my back, close my eyes (better if I put a cloth or towel over my eyes to completely block out the light, and put on calming music and just listen and focus on slow, even breathing.

Just very panicked and scared. Got in a fight with my boyfriend and i dont feel good

Im not in danger i just dont feel safe because of the thoughts and panic
Hey there, how are you doing? Is there a family member or friend you can go talk to for support?
My mom is asleep and I try not to bother her with that in general. And my best friend hasn't answered my texts yet
@Solaris Hang in there!! If you feel like you could open up with your Mom, maybe she could give you some comfort? Itβs really helpful to have someone there in these situations
Youβre not alone in your panic. Had a big episode today. Here are some things I try to do that sometimes help: 1. The song by field medic - song I made up to stop myself from having a panic attack. Listen on repeat 2. Lo fi music because no words but has some movement to it 3. Put face in cold water - it is supposed to stop body from panic. 4. Writing out thoughts on repeat 5. Jumping jacks - 6. Wordle/puzzle games because brain has to focus on something else. 7. Walking - inside or outside.
