Hey, I have harm ocd and my brain says some wild things that are not true. Sometimes I’ll be thinking- I want - and then something along the lines of harm ocd thoughts will finish that sentence. It’s not fun but hold true to who you actually are not who ocd is trying to pin you to be. You’ll be a beautiful wife one day with an amazing husband 🫶

You are not your thoughts. Your life is not defined by your thoughts. You are not beholden to them. I know this may be reassurance—which is why I won’t tell you whether the thoughts are “rational” or not—but it’s not really up to you to determine their meaning. If you want a husband then that is what you want.

@spelamarela Maybe it is proof, maybe it isn’t.

@spelamarela Hello, spelamarela. I am sorry for stressing you out. When I said “maybe it is proof, maybe it isn’t”, I was trying to indicate that you could practice acknowledging the uncertainty surrounding your theme and this might help you. I did not mean to stress you out, but I recognize that I still did and I apologize.
