Take a deep breath if you can, and slow things down. If you're in the space to do so, perhaps meditate. Close your eyes, take deep, relaxed breaths, allow any and all feelings to come and go, and truly feel yourself in your body. Feel the earth beneath you, the air and sounds around you, and take the time to ground yourself. The dissociation from OCD can make it incredibly difficult to focus on the world around us and our feelings, so sometimes we have to press pause and ground ourselves in the moment. I hope you're able to do so, and that you can find clarity.

Power through jobs are hard to come by. I am going through job difficulties also , landing a job to be specific it has been two years for one reason or another with no job .
