Social Awkwardness

i keep accidentally looking at peoples private parts and i don’t mean to but i just happen to glance and i hate it because i feel like i make them uncomfortable. like yesterday my friend was talking about how her shirt made her uncomfortable because it was low on her chest and i glanced down there and i feel so bad cus i made her even more uncomfortable than she was before. i naturally keep my eyes to the floor but sometimes my end up on someone’s butt and i have to look up and tell myself how horrible of a person i am that i did that.

Ive been worried abt having said sth weird to a child all day now. Like I keep thinking abt when I was talking to this one person on fortnite that was 10. I keep being scared to have asked sth weird or even made a sexual joke. I mean that would be weird as fuck. I mean I can remember that we were just talking normally and everything but just now I remembered I once said sth and he was like „what“ and I was like „nvm“. I can’t remember what i had said before that. Maybe he also didn’t understand me because I keep talking pretty much nonsense and often don’t get understood by other people bc I talk very quietly. But I’m scared that I’d said sth weird. And now I keep trying to figure it out. I mean it would’ve been weird to make a sexual Jon in front of a 10 yr old, right? I don’t want to be weird and make children uncomfortable in any way :( and I mean at that time I’d already had pocd but what if I hadn’t realised that at that time it was wrong what I’d said to him? Did I just forget about it? And just now I’d got the thought „what if you wanted to say sth weird to him which he thought was weird and he reacted that way?“ I’m being eaten up by this I don’t want to groom minors

One thing that I’ve noticed about my OCD is that it makes me feel very regretful and embarrassed at the end of every day. I reflect on every interaction and every conversation and any thought that I’ve had throughout the day. As a result, I feel more and more ashamed of the way that I act, even though it is probably normal for some of my age to act and see the things that I say. Earlier today I flirted with a guy and then as soon as it ended I had so much religious and moral guilt about it. Does anyone have any advice on how to not feel so ashamed after doing the typical activities that people in their 20s do? I feel like these thoughts are making me want to isolate from everyone else so that I’m not put in the position to do and say these things. I feel comfortable with myself when I don’t talk to anybody but I’m noticing that that can’t be normal . I don’t want to lose friendships and potential relationships out of fear that I’m going to say something wrong. I don’t know what to do.
