Hi! I just can say that I’m feeling the same way, I usually feel a lot of anxiety but this week I have been feeling extremely sad and I’m scared :( what I have learned is that we have to allow those feeling to come and go, not trying to avoid it but it’s so hard I don’t know how to do it :(

Hello, hope it gets better soon I have harm ocd and also face a lot of panic, my thoughts frighten me, but I did something those past three days- I began treatment and one of my tasks was to sit alone for an hour and tell myself I actually do the bad thoughts putting detaile into it - this calmed me very much although it’s a bit stressing while doing it.. after you feel like your thoughts don’t threaten you that much
