I’m 1000% sure!!! I was having those thoughts this entire month, worse than usual. And just got my period right on time! What helped me is talking to my partner. It’s a little different because I’m the girl in the situation hahah but yes I seriously wouldn’t stress at all.

What is important though is that you used contraception and also had sex in the time of her cycle where it is unlikely for her to be pregnant. I used to always stress about these thoughts:/ I did get both control and it relieved my anxiety so much. (I’m a woman)

@Anonymous 224 Birth control is very helpful! It regulates periods or can eliminate them all together! There is nothing wrong with birth control. There are many different types and I use nexplanon which is an implant in the arm and I just have to switch it every 3 years the procedure is very easy and it doesn’t hurt! Then there are the pills, there’s like shots, and a IUD. There are many options, but no birth control is not a bad thing or harmful!

@Anonymous 224 Maybe ask her if she would want too? If she doesn’t, respect her decision! Then make adjustments to how to have safe sex! You took the appropriate precautions already and have minimized the chances of her getting pregnant!

I don’t know what to do I’ve been seeing this guy for roughly 4-5 months and I like him so much like he could be the one. Hello everyone! Me and my fiancé are planning to have a child and my fear is that like what if I think something bad during intimate time and those thoughts are what comes up when I see my child. Something like that. I know it’s not true and I know I didn’t have another person in mind or anything like that in my head. I remember another thing from the past where it was a sexual thought and I don’t remember if I was talking to or dating my gf at the time but it was like “if I was talking to someone else like _____ I’d be able to have sex already” and I feel terrible bc I don’t want sex. I would rather be with my girlfriend than any other girl. Idk if the thought was intrusive or not. I think the people or person I was thinking of may have been intrusive. I’m just terrified bc I really love my gf and don’t care about sex
