My boyfriend has had serious money problems and he has confessed it to me, and he feels so low that he thinks of breaking up with me because this money problem is hitting me too. I don't know what to do. I feel so hurt because I know he doesn't want to do it deep down. Please can someone give me some words of wisdom I'm already spiraling
You’re spiraling because you know your money problems are AFFECTING your relationship but your relationship shouldn’t be destroyed from something like that. That’s a separate issue. Keep your heads up and be a TEAM AGAINST the money problem. I’m sorry you’re going through such difficulty but it will be okay.

I’m sorry, money problems are stressful and I definitely can see why that would trigger you.  If you’re able to see what you can do to try to make it a little less stressful is there a way you guys can cut costs or is there a way you can make slightly more income whatever you can do to make the money problem a little less intense, I’d recommend trying to do.  I’m sorry that truly is stressful

I am freaking out with panic. It feels like I want to or have to hurt my boyfriend and it’s causing me to have the worst panic attack I’ve had in a while. It feels like I should be in a mental institution and all I want to do is cry. I know at a time like this I need to lean into the anxiety but I’m absolutely terrified. Please. Anyone. Words of wisdom or encouragement. It feels so different than normal and of course I’m so worried this is not OCD. how could it be? It’s so convincing and scary.
