I wish people understood that sometimes it’s an unclean demonic spirit messing with your mind getting you to think bad scary thoughts and then getting you to believe immediately that those thoughts were your own when they are not because clearly that is not who you are nor how your brain operates for the most part and that is proven by your disgust over such intrusive negative thoughts. Oh and then afterwards that unclean evil spirit tries to get you to believe that your a bad person because you had those thoughts even though they blatantly came out of nowhere and you weren’t even trying to purposely have those negative intrusive thoughts. This is a spiritual battle that we’re in and we can’t face it alone, we need Father in Heaven to help us overcome.

I have the same type of intrusive thoughts so you are not alone. They make you feel as if your a disgusting person I hate them so much. You are not alone and I am here if you need anyone at all to talk to

Impulsive thought
I acted on a thought under much distress and restlessness. I immediately asked my child to move off me and thought to myself what have I done? Does that prove I'm not a monster?

help
i’m struggling. so i’m a nanny and i had an intrusive thought to like do something bad to him so i was very upset crying saying i don’t want to do it but as i was changing him i got closer to it to see if i would actually do it and i got grossed out. now im feel extremely guilty i even got closer.

I remember another thing from the past where it was a sexual thought and I don’t remember if I was talking to or dating my gf at the time but it was like “if I was talking to someone else like _____ I’d be able to have sex already” and I feel terrible bc I don’t want sex. I would rather be with my girlfriend than any other girl. Idk if the thought was intrusive or not. I think the people or person I was thinking of may have been intrusive. I’m just terrified bc I really love my gf and don’t care about sex
