@Blueberrycows OK well I'm writing a book/ series. If you wanted your story or part of your story to be presented in a character, what would you want shown?

@Wolfram The true struggles of ocd the sleepless nights the worrying if I’m a monster People not understanding what ocd truly is

@Blueberrycows I'm. Including all that. I'm having at least 4 characters represent it and different themes. Not all themes but I want people to truly understand that hat it feels like and people with ocd to truly relate to or use as a reference

@Wolfram When ever you get done with the story or when ever you feel comfortable sharing it I would be very interested in reading it if that’s okay with you

@Blueberrycows I had bad sleep issues for about 2 years in my teens due to harm ocd. Had to go to hospital for insomnia a few years back due to rocd and moral scrupolosity. It's definitely going to be represented

@Blueberrycows Absolutely, I plan on getting it published. It's going to take a long time as it just keeps getting bigger. If you can describe ocd as a creature, how would you? ( this kind of plays a part of the story)

@Blueberrycows It's going to include a lot of other mental health representations, drugs, wars, politics 🤢 secret societies and propoganda. Its going to have magic and illnesses based on mental health, phobias and emotions and how the world is intentionally and unintentionally destroying itself in the struggle to recover from trauma and heal. It won't be an easy read and will have a lot of dark themes I haven't seen in the genre. I know people use fantasy to escape, but I want a different approach. I want to do it in a way where they have to confront their way of thinking

@Wolfram Another thing to write about ocd is like the misconceptions how people think it’s just omg my colored pens are messed up I’m so ocd or my room needs to be spotless like bro there’s a huge difference between just being organized and a clean person vs ocd
