i want to feel human. i want to feel emotions how normal people feel them. i get everyone is different but i dont get it. everytime i feel human for a second i get a random feeling of discouragement and false sense of temporary joy. i want it to stop but it wont stop why wont they stop. ocd and bipolar are not a good combination
Getting help and therapy is absolutely okay, I don’t know how to help because sometimes i feel the same, but i still have hope, I really hope you’ll get better

Please stay 💕 things will get better even if you feel like they won’t, time passes and certain things will get easier overtime, talking to your friends/family/ or someone else you trust can help you feel a little better, take things day by day, and trust that you aren’t alone in this so many people in the world have similar thoughts and feelings and it’s all going to be okay we will all work through things and get through them together one step at a time

You are very strong I know this won't solve anything, but what if you can derive some value from enduring so much.
I often feel envious of the people who can take space from me, mostly just because any option for me to take space from myself is quite distressing for me and those who love and care for me. I don't know if you have any history with Buddhist or Taoist teachings, but I have felt that most of the distress is the dissonance between experience and desire. We want to experience something else, and within that desire to be somewhere else, it makes our position even more distressing. OCD is all about control, controlling your own emotions is what is creating a dissonance within your soul. For me, what has helped, particularly in these moments when it feels like too much to handle, I try to relax every muscle in my body that I can and imagine myself instead of fighting a current or looking for ways to escape the rapids. I close my eyes and just let myself get washed through it. There is no going around it, there is no changing it. It is, it's here, and it can't hurt you. You are its master, and it is begging for you to take the reigns. That's all our mental illness is, our inner children who are in desperate need of parenting and discipline. I love you, as much as I love myself, I see you, and I hope that the words given to you by this community help you come home to yourself and realize it's the perfect place for you to be.
my ocd is never gonna go away i hate it someone please help it hurts so much emotionally
My question is can Ocd gives you feelings of the horrible inteusive thought that you have are things you want like the harm thought you have, you have a feeling of "i want to do this cause i feel like it, i will enjoy it" Yesterday i got really angry cause i did something bad,then i wanted to focus on something else but a deep feeling of "no i want to feel this pain" came that really made me scared, and i had to let myself feel that everything is bad, im alone, nobody will help, i wanted to shift my attention but the feeling of no this is an authentic feeling just pushed me back,then all of this created a thought and a feeling of i should die, nothing will be better... since then im terrified that im actually suicidal or not, cause when i want to feel better,i get this feeling of i dont want to feel good,.i want to feel bad cause everything is bad, and i feel terribble and hopeless about this. Can this be ocd? Another one,the harm thoughts, whenever i have one i have a feeling to and thoughts that says i would enjoy that. Im really asking this cause i had enough...
Currently crying right now after my shift at work. OCD is transitioning myself into someone I don’t want to be, yet I’m afraid to not have it in my life because when things are feeling okay, it doesn’t feel right, even when I should crave it more than anything. I don’t know what to do anymore. I feel life won’t go my way or I don’t see myself being in a good place. I just see myself losing everything I love and care about because either ocd has caused me to distance myself from those things or others just decide to separate themselves from me. At the end of the day, I’m going to end up alone and miserable, and I don’t know why I’m okay with that, but I am. I’m so frustrated with myself and conflicted. Fuck this. I have so much more life ahead of me and I fucken feel stuck and crippled bc of ocd. A 21 year old shouldn’t have to go through this. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH ANYTHING NEGATIVE OR HARMFUL. I’m tired of all the bad. I want more good… I want to be better… I want to be me again. I want to love life, others and myself again.
