i’m scared, i called my dad 41 times and he hasn’t answered me yet. the last time i spoke to him was at 9 and he left around 9:45. i wanna throw up, i don’t know what happened to him, all i know was he was visiting a relatives house. i wanna puke and i’m crying so much my chest hurts. what do i do???

It’s hard to live with the uncertainty. I struggle at times when I don’t hear from my son. After more than 24 hours away, he came home today. And he was fine and totally unaware of my anxiety. But I have enough training that I didn’t allow it to completely overwhelm me. Live with the anxiety and uncertainty. Your worry, and my worry, is not going to affect the situation.
Hi there, Meowz. Everything is going to be alright. I used to deal with a lot of seperation anxiety as a result of my OCD. I know there are probably an endless amount of scenarios playing out within your mind, but do not take any of these thoughts to be an assertive reflection of reality. He very well may be safe and just not by his phone right now. Whenever these situations happen to me, they usually end up being okay! I am here for you, everything is going to be okay!
@MrBobaBear he always answers his phones and none of his relatives are answering their phone. i called my sister and she told me not to worry but i just can’t help it, i just wanna talk to my dad
@meowzzz I know it:( I recommend staying on the phone with your sister or a loved one. Just because it is out of character does not mean he is in danger. Take some breaths, get some water, stay on the phone with a loved one, and know that others are here to support you!
@MrBobaBear everyone asked if he was okay because i looked on his watch. i’m so scared
@meowzzz Perhaps if none of them are answering then they are all preoccupied with something else. It is normal to be scared in these situations. I know how frightening they can be:( Just some more deep breaths. It hasn't been too long, though it may feel that way.
@MrBobaBear a friend of his is going to drive around town and see if anything strange is occurring. i hope he’s fine and just left his phone somewhere.

@MrBobaBear i’m really not, but thank you. this has helped me calm down a bit but i am still insanely anxious and my mind is running 500 mph.

i’m currently experiencing a panicky anxiety attack and i don’t know why. i’ve been on edge all day because of being scared to get sick, but right now, i know i’m not going to get sick but i’m just really panicked and cannot calm down. i’m currently listening to music that helps relax me with an icepack on my neck to help, but not much is happening. my sister and mom keep coming into my room and it’s only making it worse but i don’t know why. i just don’t want to talk or be around anyone right now. these kinds of episodes are worse than any other because i don’t know why i’m so scared. it just feels like it’s never going to go away.
I’m freaking out right now really bad right now. Long story short: nutritionist and therapist want me to start higher levels of care for my disordered eating. My eating habits have been shit and i checked my iron levels like a couple of days ago and it was super low, but i haven’t been having any symptoms up until a few days ago. I have been having a light period in between my regular periods. Just a few minutes ago i started experiencing weird light headedness that comes and goes and now im freaking out so bad. I feel off and the anxiety does not help. Im scared of telling my parents i need help. Im scared that i really screwed myself over. Im scared that i really let myself go and im fucking scared of asking for help…….i just want to be ok.
He has been diagnosed with PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and OCD. He's always been a character for sure, very emotional and quick to get irrationally angry but he's been taking meds over the years. Not too long ago he said something about leaving my step mom and/or killing himself along with a few other things. Things were seemingly normal after that up until recently. Him and my step mom were yelling-arguing which they rarely ever do, and my step mom finally got to a point where she told him to go elsewhere if he was going to act that way and so he did. However, he did come back that night and they argued again in the morning. From what I've gathered, he wants space from her, but she's only ever in the same room with him working or on her phone. She loves him and only ever wants to help him get better. She's the whole reason he got medicated and DID get better. He would act this way when he was with MY mom and would lash out constantly. Today I saw that he had disabled his Facebook and Instagram accounts, which he has never done and I'm concerned. Although we both struggle with OCD, this is not what this is about. I simply just need some guidance on what to do and what could possibly be going on with him. I know no one else is going to know him like I do but we don't talk like that so I don't think he'd ever tell me. I'm so afraid of him taking his own life, I've always known he's had it in him but this time I just have a horrible feeling. If I lost my dad that way I'm not sure what I'd do because he's the only person who will ever understand the way my mind works, and I really just can't imagine losing him in general.
