How to overcome feeling faint/lightheaded?
I really cannot grasp this feeling/sensation. Even though I’ve never actually passed out it feels like I’m going to all the time. And it’s only when I’m in public and around people. Like I’ve never felt lightheaded at home unless I’m sick. So i know it’s from anxiety but i just can’t shake it because it feels so real. And then after the lightheaded feeling goes away my heart just starts pounding and i start shaking because im at that point freaking out. I know I’ve posted about this before but i just really don’t know how to get over it. This is the scariest symptom I’ve experienced this far because it feels the realest. Anyone else feel this way and what did you do to overcome it?
