What’s your favorite non-compulsive way to practice self-care?

@troytali You just something I’ve been struggling with, thank you!!!! Sometimes I don’t do things because my ocd is stopping me from but I’m going to start doing this too….
@Ocdsucks56 I pray for this kind of thing every day, to somehow encourage and help. It makes the pain have a point. And I am so glad you are encouraged 👍😊😊
Sing and play music.

@Brenna - NOCD Team Member Hello, I constantly get these physical sensations in my eyebrows which feel like hairs are sticking out everywhere. I don’t think the sensation itself is from ocd but i compulse after the sensation. do you know how i could stop the sensation? this has been happening for months

Read- it takes my attention away from the OCD and forces my brain to focus on something useful and not rumination. I’ve realized OCD just wants you to sit and sit and think and think about it all. But I can not give it power by forcing my attention on something external!
