I’m so tired of this anxiety right now, all my dad did was get mad at me today and for some reason my anxiety is through the roof, I honestly want to cry, I just want this to stop. It’s always constant anxiety and it never ends nor stops, it’s almost irritating, I just want it to leave me alone
I’m sorry Sam ☹️ don’t feel ashamed or embarrassed to cry it’s honestly helped me a lot with letting out pent up emotions, sometimes it’s good to cry it’s a natural human emotion. I wish I knew how to help you better with getting rid of anxiety but I also struggle with it and don’t really know how to get rid of it either, just know that your not alone though and that the feeling is only temporary 🫶

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It can be overwhelming to deal with constant anxiety, especially after a triggering event like an argument. Try to take a few minutes for deep breathing exercises. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly through your mouth. This can help calm your nervous system. It's okay to feel anxious and overwhelmed. Acknowledging how you feel can sometimes help alleviate some of the pressure. Engage in grounding techniques, such as focusing on your surroundings. Try to identify five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. This can help bring you back to the present moment. Consider doing something that brings you comfort, whether it's listening to music, reading, or taking a warm bath.

I am having such a hard day. The thoughts and anxiety are so loud today. I can’t stop crying.
Today has been really hard. Anxiety is so bad
I can’t seem to get a break, every day it’s something new the dumbest things ever but they feel so big to me. I’m so tired of doing this I can’t do it any longer I just cried because how much I hate my. I’m tired of living at the sink having major anxiety for almost no reason and if I try to fight it I just get more anxiety like well I touched my phone now I gotta wash my phone, it’s on my sheets, my clothes. I take super long showers i guess what I’m here for is help how can I help this what can I do to ease the anxiety like idk when I should or shouldn’t wash my hands anymore like my dog peed in the bathroom and got it on her paws then splash and got it in my mouth my clothes she walked around the house with paws full of pee I’m tired of cleaning everything and myself all the time can someone give me some advice
