Can disturbing dreams be related to OCD?
While we tend to think of sleep as a time of rest, our brains stay pretty active during it. Sometimes, this can result in vivid, unwanted, and disturbing dreams—and if you have OCD, you may notice these intrusive dreams staying with you long after the alarm goes off.
