That’s why it’s called the doubting disease it even makes you doubt your own memories and it even makes a intrusive thought seem like it actually happened turning it into a “false memory,” ocd loves to mess with people and make you feel these things don’t worry those things it’s making you feel and is saying is the ocd. Just ignore it their intrusive thoughts just let them pass.

Completely ocd, I struggle with this all the time and in the moment it’s so hard to believe yourself and that it’s just ocd. I’m so tired of fighting it too but there is always a way to recovery, just remind yourself what you’re feeling is normal and you are not a liar.

Yes, this is exactly what I'm going through right now. OCD makes you doubt everything about yourself and your values. Hang in there, and seek help from an OCD specialist. There's a way to break free from the cycle

Hey, that sounds about me as well. One problem I constantly get is whenever I am asked about my interests in life, or hobbies or whatever. Suddenly, I don't really like anything because I don't know enough about anything or I don't do that thing as much anymore, or what if they like that thing more and they question me about it and I can't reply because I don't know..? I end up feeling like a fraud or that, for example, I can't say that I like nature, because I almost always am stressed when outside in a park or whatever, or don't have enough stories about hiking in this or camping in that. So, if I were to say that I like nature, then I am a liar and everyone can see it and will hate me forever. So, yay!
