Can you share how you got through the thought action fusion? It’s extremely difficult in the part of recovery I feel extremely alone. That the pain of the feelings from the thoughts itself make you feel insane. I am struggling with sitting with this. Is it possible to see the content as junk one day? And that this is truly a faulty system? Any guidance please

I remember a major thing that bothered me was I tried to conquer my fears and talk to a person who was a girl who I had overheard mention something about Mario Party. I was sitting with a friend at the time and we were talking about games and stuff. I thought that I should try and walk over and talk about the game but they just said that it was something they played with their friends one time but not something they were intently interested in. I also said there was a new Mario party game but their voice kind’ve trailed off as they went back to their phone and I walked away. I think that I may have made a mistake in that social interaction and whenever those things happen I feel like I can’t breathe properly. These sorts of scenarios where I may have come across as creepy or weird to a girl have happened a few times before. I feel a lot of guilt and shame and self hate that I don’t know how to overcome. It becomes hard to breathe as well. I’m not sure if this all is OCD or what to do about it if it is?

How do i try to move past compulsive thoughts? It just seems so life or death and i cant not do them, 💗

Can OCD be worse, when you are ovulating or having PMS? ..

How can l stop my self to repeating every chore l do

I always have to move things or I think I'm gonna get bad luck. How do I fix this

How do I care less of a messy room is it bad to not get to it right away do I have to get to it . Do I base my emotions on it and be proud of it or not

My brother has extreme ocd w/hoarding. He has tried every type of treatment except brain surgery and nothing has helped. What type of treatment finally helped you

Have you ever dealt with groinal responses and if yes, how do you deal with this? I feel like I keep having these responses and they feel automatic and I’m focusing too much on wanting them to go.

I have scrupulosity. Blasphemous thoughts about God. Is it common for OCD to make you feel no joy in your religion and I get thoughts of not wanting to be in it?? It scares me to death.
