NOCD has support groups you can join via Zoom. They have one everyday for different subtypes. If you search on Google NOCD Support Groups the link should pull up! I think there’s a way to see it on the app but I forget

There’s a support group today for different subtypes and I attended my first one last night and felt better afterwards
