Today I ate 5 bananas, an orange, a white apple thing that tasted like a pear, 5 things that were like green plums, one pack of chocolate biscuits and a big bag of spicy poofs. All that and breakfast, lunch and dinner. They upped my meds and it increased my appetite. 🐖

@777Q I'll start the day here in Lumbini then I'll spend 8 hours going to Pokhara. I'll be there for two days and in Chitwan in time for new year. I'm told the rhinos eat in the fields with the water buffaloes in Chitwan. Lumbini has worked out really well. I got a 12 dqy meditation pass for a little more than the cost of a day pass and I go there each morning to do body scan meditations. The park is 3 sq miles and I do a lot of walking there. I put four litres of water in my pack today and did walking/jogging in the park. I eat dinner 2 miles away and I walk there too.

You are trying to lose some of the weight that you had mentioned you had gained? Did your injury fully mend from falling a while back ? With all that water going in I imagine there are rest stops for the water to come out , right ? , LOL 😝!
Haha. The water was for weight. My legs are in pain now after two days with a pack and running. I'm not really a runner. When I was a kid people used to mock my running so I stopped. Now I see it as I'm running in hot weather with a pack so I'm clearly pretty tough. I've beena long distance walker for decades so my legs are pretty strong. I'm just trying to build my aerobic ability. I've been running till I can't then walking till I can and repeating that. I think this is what HIIT training is.
How are things with the family?
Could be better reached out to my 2 adult children. For Thanksgiving received one sentence acknowledgment from older child. Zero acknowledgment from other child the one not on speaking terms with for 3 years . My spouse has been hit or miss but at least recently is talking with me a little bit , slight improvement with her . I was reading a lot about your it exercise routines I think it varies considerably from person to person.Personally I think you might be going a little bit too much to the degree of all your fitness stuff . Sometimes fine line between pushing a little hard for good health and results and being a little too much with it in a OCD type manner and degree.
Typo it typed in error.
Someone said not to exercise put of anxiety and to set a time for it. I've been trying to exercise like I did before I was diagnosed but obvs I still had OCD then. This leaves me with little to go on as to how I should be exercising. I used to only walk but over the last year I've been doing other things. The thing is you can walk all day but two hours of running or weights is a lot in one day. 🤔
I'm happy things are going okay for you. I think if you could just maintain the okay you could reset from there.
Time would put your problems further out of memory if you understand.
