Yeah it's almost like a routine, when they ask do you have a plan in place? I'm not going to be like "Yeah I've actually pre bought my tickets through national express" haha My sleep is generally quite good, it used to be terrible and I was on medication just to sleep. Now evening and sleep is probably the best parts of the day. I think it's natural for OCD to be the most prominent in the mornings or when there's no distractions
