Yes it’s a scary theme, had it myself, but it’s all just same OCD trying to scare you in new disguise... you can do it ??

Thank you so much. It’s so scary how real it feels. It has convinced me of actually being crazy. I will treat it like it’s OCD and try not to overthink (as much as I can lol) thank you for the great advice. It’s hard to see it clearly when you’re going through it. It helps to have logic explained to you when you can’t always do it. Thank you again!

Don’t want to reassure you, but if you were delusional you wouldn’t be scared of becoming delusional... you would be in another reality without your meds... do some erp, schiz ocd is quite common....

Schizophrenia isn’t that bad, people live good lives and there is good treatment for it, no need to fear it... are you doing therapy for your OCD?

I’m feeling the exact same way. I have never experienced a hallucination or heard voices but I’m scared that my intrusive thoughts might mean I’m losing it. They seem so delusional and I like believe them for a second. It’s so scary. I don’t know if I’m loosing it or what. I’m so scared. I have also had dreams like that as well. It’s so scary.

I heard that you don’t know if you’re going crazy though. I’m not sure if that’s true but I’m so so anxious about losing it cause I really feel like I am this time.

Thank you so much. I will try extra hard to work on my ERP. It’s so frustrating cause the thoughts just fly in and then I’m left feeling like I believe them and or are delusional. So scary. Hoping this passes.

@GummyDrop I know! If I hear it in a movie, if I think I’m going crazy, I feel like it’s real and I get this sinking feeling in my stomach. Hoping this passes. I hope this passes for you too. sending you positive thoughts and prayers. You will make it. We will make it????

@hannie Yeah should I talk to my health teacher about this ocd thing? I can’t afford for a ocd therapist tho

If you feel a hundred percent comfortable confiding with that person then then I would! They may be able to help you. It’s always good to talk to someone for help. I’m not in therapy at all for it which I hope to change that soon. For now I would do things at home that could help like meditation and healthy diet as well as light exercise! Also breathing exercises help too! Sitting with your thoughts and not reacting is something I’m also trying to work on. It’s so hard. We can do this!

Yeah! My friends know about this ocd thing, I wanna move forward and get help, I can try to talk to my doctors about it
