@Lin__ you’re welcome. i’m so sorry to hear that you can’t afford to eat healthy food. is your family able to support you? also, i totally know what you mean about feeling alienated because you don’t drink. all throughout college i had to come up with creative ways to socialize without alcohol. i’m not sure what year you are, but for me it got easier with time because the newness of drinking culture wore off and my friends wanted to have fun without alcohol more often. ? maybe you can spend this halloween watching spooky films + eating candy corn! alone time is underrated, imo. ?

of course it’s healthy to exercise and eat nutritious foods, but nobody can do that all the time. it’s totally okay if you can’t or even if u don’t want to sometimes. you’re beautiful however you are! I agree with neeks17, don’t let fatphobic rhetoric make u believe that you have to fit into a certain body type to be considered beautiful

Thank you. I just miss exercising bc it makes me feel better and I’m way too tired to do it when I get home everyday now. I’m tryin my best

You got this regardless of what you look like!!! I know it might seem like you can’t eat healthy on a budget but it’s actually so easy. Basically just think about fruits and vegetables. If you stick to that for the most part, which is a great way to lose weight, you won’t be spending much at all. Vegetables are the least expensive goods you can buy at the store. Hope this helps

I’m actually a vegetarian and I’m just too lazy to cook vegetables after I get home which is really bad bc I really need those and I get them frozen now so it’s easier but I’m still so tired but anywho thank you ?

Maybe try calisthenics or anything at home when you have time but can’t afford the gym ??stay strong

I’m actually still paying for the gym but not going bc I failed my drivers test and something happened w my sister so she got the car that was supposed to be mine and my friends are not healthy lifestylers at all so can’t really catch a ride. Whenever I do stuff at home it’s so unmotivating and I’m so tired I rather just sleep :( but thank you ??
