@Newerthannewb82 Personally I find heavy metal , hard rock and so on for me creates positive energy and stress relief.

@777Q It is a good philosophy. I usually add the artist to my Spotify too.
@777Q I do listen to hard rock but usually it is the usual suspects. Sabbath, Nirvana, Metallica. I listen to a lot of the hard rock with a soft edge stuff from the nineties like Smashing Pumpkins, Pixies, The Posies.

@777Q Agalloch are shaping up well. The guitars sound like magic and I like when that happens. And reverb. Gotta love the reverb. I wouldn't mind listening to this through an audiophile grade system. Well recorded music just hits different on out of this world equipment.

Hey brother. I had to go to Thamel today. I hate Thamel. 🤌😂 I got the only pair of trainers in Nepal in my size and they still don't fit. I've bought two chicken sandwiches in separate restaurants and still got no chicken. And there was a large group of adolescents on the bus. I think this is a clear sign I have passed 40. I'm calling this mood "the grumps" from now on.
I got hit with every trick and scam known to Kathmandu. I paid 190 Rs for a cup of tea. I can get tea for 30 Rs elsewhere. I'm lying down in the dark with my phone feeling good that I ignored the lot today. I mean what else can you do?
@Newerthannewb82 Luckily I'm in Baluwatar in 10 days where I know I can spend 2 weeks in the gym and eat at a reasonable price. I have two weeks in a hostel with a free gym followed by two weeks in a hostel with free yoga twice a day followed by two more weeks in the gym hostel. I figure the yoga will be a break from the excesses of weightlifting.
