More than perfectionism: Lesser-known forms of “just right” OCD
There's a huge difference between wanting things organized and feeling like something terrible will happen if your desk isn't arranged at precisely the right angle. One is a preference. The other could be a sign of "just right” OCD, an OCD theme that's often misunderstood as "just being about perfectionism." But “just right” OCD is far more serious. Watch NOCD Therapist Saraa Lee break down how OCD can latch onto perfectionism and what you can do to fight back.
