Intrusive thoughts
My thoughts have been coming constantly just one after the other. I’ve been trying to use the “maybe, maybe not” approach to deal with these thoughts but feel like I’m just constantly doing it. I have had relief in my anxiety which of course makes me anxious about not being anxious. I just wanted some advice on if this is the best way to be treating those thoughts or should I try and redirect away from them? I’m not currently in therapy and am trying to get in it but am trying to deal with it the best way I can until then.
