I couldn’t function when I started NOCD back in summer 2024. OCD took on many different types and subtypes but I’m getting thru them! Hurray and go all of us🎉
Which therapist did you see may I ask? I’ve used a NOCD therapist for my OCD which is pretty severe and I got nowhere, all she was focused on is ERP and no other kind of support 😞
