I have and still hate and envy normal people we don’t get along I have zero empathy for most and enjoy human suffering becuase it’s always Mental health matters But nobody would really help

Those are interesting questions! I have noticed that my mental health is better when I’ve had more human interaction. For me, it’s also that being out and about means my brain is taking in more from my surroundings and I’m more present. And when I’m more present, I’m not ruminating.

@Anonymous I have not read Hegel…interesting. Humans are so isolated these days—it’s not surprising that this causes problems. Intrusive thoughts! That was such a revelation to me—until about 2 years ago, I wasn’t aware of the concept. And when my therapist started asking me about them, I kinda panicked because I realized I had MANY intrusive thoughts, maybe more than my own thoughts. I didn’t know if I’d ever be able to differentiate them. My intrusive thoughts are definitely louder when I’m alone (and also when I’m hungry/tired). I’m rooting for you as well!
