No matter how little your motivation is , be active ! Do things anyway ! By doing that you’re telling your brain that depression isn’t stronger than you are , which is so important. Also realize that there will be great days in the future , and they’re worth it. Maybe look forward to an upcoming album by your favorite artists or look forward to a fun event ! And finally , be kind to yourself. You’re a warrior and depression is so hard , so the fact that you can be open about it and still power through is amazing.

Going outside is really powerful, and I'm not saying you need to go on a long hike to feel better. Simply sitting outside, listening to the sounds, letting the sun beam down on you is very good for depression, I don't know why but if I get myself to go outside when I'm depressed I feel better 100% of the time. Also, if you're saying anything negative to yourself right now, stop that:( You are good, you are strong, you are smart and if you're telling yourself otherwise then that's unfair to yourself. My motto is, if you're going to say something mean to yourself, always complement it with a compliment. For example: " I never get anything done" ... "But I brushed my teeth today, and that's something!" I hope this helps :)

I recommend and app called mindpath. Everyday it asks you 3 sets of questions for 14 days. Then they give you a report of how your mental health is and how to improve it. Then it continues repeating every 14 days. Hope this helps!

I’ve been feeling so disconnected lately, like I’m not even living my own life. It’s like I’m being controlled by someone else, and I have no say in what’s happening. It’s hard to put this feeling into words, but it’s like I’m here physically, but mentally, I’m just... not. Every day feels like a struggle. I wake up afraid of what’s coming next, almost like I’m bracing myself for the next bad thing to happen. Sometimes, I don’t even want to get out of bed because it feels pointless, like I’m stuck in this loop of fear and doubt. I keep questioning everything, life, my purpose, my choices, and it’s exhausting. I just want to feel like myself again, to feel like I have control, like I’m really here.

I think I’m going through the hardest depression right now. I’ve never felt so compelled to just stop getting up and stop living. I know it’s hard to hear, I just really feel bad. Right now I even feel like an attention seeker. I just wanted to know, are there any tips to raise me from this hole im in? Has anyone else felt like this an pulled themselves out?
