I went to take my heart rate and bp at the store and the pharmacist said i should go to a doctor because my heart rate was really high and wouldnt go down. I haven't had time yet and im at the grocery store rn and my heart is beating lile crazy for no reason and im so scared. Ive had ekgs before and other tests and there was nothing wrong

Thank you, last time i measure it was months ago and it was 113bpm. And a few days ago was also similar. But i went to the hospital for somethjng else and they were monitoring me and didnt mention it. So idk. And i always feel like im gonna pass out
@Flying Socks Does that mean that my heart is in bad health? Im also overweight so idk if it would cause that

I had an allergic reaction to medicine 2 years ago that caused heart palpitations. I went to the ER and they did ECG and blood tests. All were normal. Over the past 2 years it's caused major anxiety and I've been to the ER several times..3 more ECGs and more blood tests. All showing my heart is fine. Should I trust that if I had a heart problem it would show and believe in my doctors? If I had a heart problem it would show? Want to be sure it's anxiety and not a heart problem.
I just had a really awful chest pain that felt like my chest was exploding and im really terrified. I feel like maybe it was a heart attack but idk. I've had many ekgs and a chest x ray and they don't find anything wrong with me. Idk what this means anymore im so sick of being scared that ill die. Can anyone relate at all? It comes out of nowhere
I was just lying on my bed and i felt mh heart stop for a second and it felt like it was beinb squeezed. Im freaking out this has never happened before
