@Anonymoususer26251 - I do that too! Each time I post on here, I'm worried about how it will impact the other people on here and if I'm harming them. It seems like posting here is a good exposure for you to do as well. Doing ERP alone would be so hard, I commend you for doing that. You must have a lot of willpower and motivation for change. You are so strong and I believe in you!

@Anonymoususer26251 - Gotcha. It's common for the obsessions to migrate like that -- it's doing whack-a-mole with you. I think you gotta just keep targeting the current obsessions as they come.

@Anonymoususer26251 - I will tell you with 100% certainty that it is not attempted murder. Even using the most complex mental gymnastics, it is not.
