I don't have enough context here. Are you saying you did exposure and focused on the feeling, ignoring trying to separate the thought from that? Don't do that, the OCD brain will use that against you to make you feel condemned.

i kind of focused on thought and the feeling, like i imagined a loved one and had thoughts calling her "hot" (i don't agree with the thought but i forced myself to think) and then i pressed down there to prove that i get excited even without being really attracted or wanting it but i felt horrible, i don't know if this is compulsion

@lissamls I apologize if my initial response to this comment was misunderstanding or made you feel ashamed. I was trying to be understanding with this, saying that maybe you didn't mean to feel attracted towards the person, but you did something unreasonable that the OCD exploited to make you think you did. It's why I say checking never does good.
