Hey I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Religious OCD is really hard and I struggle with as well. It also comes in waves for me mostly in horrible intrusive thoughts especially while I’m praying. I like to tell myself that the gods/ god/ great other whatever you believe can see into my heart and they see past the intrusive thoughts and understand it’s part of my illness. You’re not alone or crazy. Sending you so much light.

@Anonymous Yes! You’re 100% not alone If you look up Religious ocd or Scrupulosity ocd on tik tok you can find people talking about their own experiences

You're certainly not alone in feeling this way. Many people with OCD experience intrusive thoughts that challenge their core beliefs, and it's okay to seek help.
