Hey, Im sorry im bothering you But I was doing better from yesterday today when i was about to sleep,i had scenario it was sudden ,we talked about a friend of mine right? I had the scenario in which i was the friend cuddling and hugging and being like a couple felt like i liked it,want it, And had no anxiety about it no fear and feel nothing.. I was dreaming i had very intrusive dream about my father in it he was being harmed Then in the sleep i asked myself would i care if it was her? This is so horrible i feel nothing Is this even ocd,fes like i am questioning now..š
@ONE INDIAN GIRL You don't have to worry about intrusive dreams. Intrusive dreams don't mean anything just like intrusive thoughts don't mean anything. You can let the dream go and don't worry about it anymore. That's just part of OCD. You can put the dream in the OCD category and throw it away in the garbage can and don't worry about it anymore.
@ONE INDIAN GIRL I have had intrusive dreams also. I've had to learn to just let them go and not worry about them. They don't mean anything.

@ONE INDIAN GIRL That doesn't matter. It's just another thought. It will really help you to put ALL thoughts in the category of meaningless. Choose to define your thoughts as just a wisp of smoke.šØ. They don't matter. They are not dangerous. They are meaningless. You can have ANY thought in your head at any time. And it doesn't matter whether it's OCD or not. In fact, you don't even have to figure out if it's OCD or not. It just doesn't matter. So in your case, you only job is to move on after you have a thought. Don't let yourself get stuck there. Didn't try to fix the thought or do compulsions. Just move on and keep living life!! That's how you defeat the OCD!!
@Tea and Honey I hope doing will help.. The things is i have to come in contact with that friend everyday,whenever i talk to her i feel good like and when she lefts the thoughts feelings come up I am very worried.. how do i stop these thought and have innocent friendship Any tips? I cant avoid her ,we have to talk and meet everyday for college Shes sweet caring and positive it make me more anxious and worried Because of her this nature i am getting attracted to her..š

@ONE INDIAN GIRL OCD gets wrapped around our emotions. It causes fake attractions and connections that can feel real. It's okay to enjoy her company! It's okay to enjoy being with her. But remember, you are the one who CHOOSES to do any actions. If you want the friendship to be innocent, then you choose that, and you can let that be what it is. Then you can just let the thoughts and attraction rattle around in your brain all it wants. Let it get worse. Let it get better. Let it do whatever it wants. Let it swirl around like crazy. You can let this attraction be like intrusive thoughts in your head. Remember, the thoughts (and feelings) are all wrapped in OCD--and they all don't matter. In the end, like I said, you CHOOSE your own decisions. Your head and thoughts can swirl around like crazy, but you are the boss of what you decide to do.
@ONE INDIAN GIRL As human beings , we can enjoy the company of others. We can enjoy touch or laughter or friendship, etc. This is just part of being human. And that is okay!! OCD can try to morph that into attraction

@Tea and Honey Okay means its up to me If i want to friends or even more..? But wont it get difficult for me to ignore all the noise in background, but what does all the nosie means?something secret?!? I choose not to stay close with her

@ONE INDIAN GIRL You choose what you want to do--but don't let it be based on the OCD. All the noise in the background means nothing. You have to live your life ignoring ask the noise in the background. It doesn't mean you are really attracted. It doesn't mean anything. It could be noise about germs or violence or anything else. Just make your own decisions not based on OCD. :):)

Iām very overwhelmed anxiety been through the roof
All my real events are hitting me all at once and i genuinely despise my existence right now... i feel so alone and genuinely horrible and nothing is working for me right now... im trying to not ask for reassurance but its so dang tough and i dont know what to do... please someone help me... i feel so so so so so alone right now...
