That’s what OCD likes to do. Once you’re not scared of something anymore, it thinks it’s a threat. It’s trying to protect our brain. I have multiple themes. I can understand what you’re going through and sometimes they will try to create new ones. But just remember to use the same practices you used on the previous themes. It all comes down to ERP. Having to sit with those thoughts Being uncomfortable let them pass and move on. I know it’s hard and it sucks but I promise the thoughts will slow down and you will find peace.

Me too,i have Hocd, but I experienced religious ocd(i left my religion so it keeps telling me if what i did is wrong or i will back to my religion in future) and gender ocd too! I like being woman and ocd sometimes reminds me of trans men and makes me questioning if i will be like them in future,so its ok, Your brain is stimulated and thinks a lot automatically, so it's natural to show you more than one topic

Just remember, this won’t last forever. It’s just a phase. After you get through this stage, you’ll come out psychologically stronger—not because the OCD is 100% gone, but because you’ve learned how to face fear and anxiety. That strength will help you live a happier life.
