BLASPHEMOUS thoughts please reply

Whenever someone say no to me and work go beyond my wills intrusive thoughts bad words comes in my mind regarding God and spiritual figures I don't want to do it but it happens that time I always say no resist to my mind that this is not because of them it is something else but all logics become failed and bad words comes now I am in severe pain why this is happening it is ocd or not I think I am doing it by myself how it can be ocd. It's seems to be real.

I’ve dealt with this too and have them pop up occasionally still and yes it’s religious OCD. The cycle is fueled by fear and resistance. The more you try to push the thoughts away or gets scared by them, the more your brain flags those thoughts as “important” and keeps bringing them back. It’s like the brain thinks, “Oh, you’re reacting strongly to this? It must be urgent!” — so it sends more. What I had to start doing is let the thoughts be there and don’t engage or ask for help with them. They eventually start dissipating because your brain no longer sees them as a threat, which doesn’t mean you agree with the thoughts you are just letting them float by till they start vanishing over time.

You means when someone do bad for me aur simply say no to me so thoughts and bad words comes are part of ocd but it seems so real.

it’s definitely OCD. i’ve had that too before and it’s really disturbing but try to recognize that it IS your OCD and it’s NOT your real thoughts , once you realize that you should try and work on laughing at your intrusive thoughts . they are only trying to disturb us so if we laugh at them it’s basically taking the power they have over us and not letting those thoughts affect us or scare us. it’s like laughing at someone who is trying so hard to make u miserable

Normal people also feel rejection and no from the people but they are not against God or holy spirit no abusive thoughts comes in their mind why it comes in my mind I resist myself but cannot control it it comes bad words speaks up am I sinful what should I do

@nunu your not sinful at all it’s OCD giving you these thoughts. try your best to remind yourself that it’s OCD and not you

@yasmeanie My condition is so worst I am not eating and sleeping properly fear of hell making my life worse why these thoughts comes in my mind normal people if listen they will called me bad person a person who is doing this by his or her own will

@nunu “normal “ people don’t get these thoughts bc they simply just don’t have OCD everyone is different. You can’t compare yourself to people who aren’t like you at all. on the contrary though, if you “compare” or try to relate to other with OCD you will see that you are not alone .

@nunu you have to have faith that God knows everything. God knows which of your thoughts come from the real you , and which thoughts come from OCD . you also don’t get any sins from having negative thoughts , only acting on them .

@nunu that fact that you are so worried about them being your own thoughts means that these are thoughts that you do not want, which means they are not yours. as much as they feel super real they aren’t from you

I'm tired / ROCD

Have you ever been through Very bad thoughts about your brain wants to twist anything about good or bad like evil and good which is god and sat*n and panicking because you believe In god but your brain is messing with you have you ever felt like you're afraid you had commit blasmphy in your thoughts It's very bad thoughts like omg where does these toughts come from?? Please tell me your experience One moment I feel okay and I can pray and vent to god and other moment I'm so ashamed of myself for thinking like that Am I alone in this am I crazy?

Scrupulosity

Been having blasphemous intrusive thoughts about God. Then sometimes I’m really struggling and I feel resentful, sometimes even towards God, which I know is not right, I want to have reverence. But it feels like sometimes I think the blasphemous thoughts on purpose because of my anger. I don’t know if this is an OCD issue or an issue of my heart or both. But yeah I don’t know what to do.
