Breathe... take slow deep breaths in and out... breathing fast will exacerbate your anxiety... now... I want you to tell me about yourself... what are your hobbies and interests?

@mindfullymaddie Good... now... focus on your hobbies and your interests and delve in deep into them... whenever you feel sad, or angry, or confused, or even all three, I want you to release these emotions into your art... your music and guitar if you have one... I want you to put your soul and mind into creating something that describes you... your inner struggles... your triumphs... I want you to put them all into a canvas or sheet music, and make something that can make people say "i wish I knew who this person was..." use your pain and suffering and release them into something that you can use to vindicate your feelings to others, and yourself... because you matter... and your voice matters... dont ever give up... and dont ever give in... there's always a light... no matter how dim... it will always be there... just for you...

I say ask for a nurse call back or tell your parents especially if you’re a danger to yourself. Just remember you’re not alone and there are resources for you.

hey, i was in your exact situation yesterday morning. i called samaritans, couldn't get a gp appointment and couldn't get rid of the feeling. then someone from school helped me get a gp appointment on the phone and i was referred to adult mental health services and got a medication referral. i want to reassure you, this is going to pass. despite the fact it feels like this is all you're ever going to feel, today, somehow, i am a little bit better. at least for now. keep that in your heart. you are going to be okay. ❤️

@mindfullymaddie i hope you do not mind but i checked your bio and we have the same ocd subtypes, im also 18 and i just want to let you know youre not alone. i know how hard it is, i know how miserable it is. you are doing incredibly well for reaching out during this time of your life. that's something to be proud of ❤️

@mindfullymaddie i know, my relationship ocd is tearing me apart and making me doubt my relationship with my patient loving gf, it's hell but it won't last forever. it's very reassuring to me that i'm not the only one. please hang in there
