What if I just committed blasphemy? In my mind, I was doing compulsions and I accidentally said the Holy Spirit is not of God but of the you know who I don’t even wanna type that on there because I know it’s not true and I’m worried that I committed blasphemy and I’m worried that if I type it, I’ll commit blasphemy I don’t wanna do this I don’t know what to do. I really don’t mean that.
I use to have similar worries. If you are worried you committed blasphemy, then you didn’t do it. Someone that is blaspheming God wouldn’t be worried about it. They would have a hard heart. That’s how it was explained to me once. God knows your heart friend. He isn’t waiting on you to mess up. He looks upon you as His beloved child. Ready to forgive when we do mess up, but He isn’t shaking His figure at you condemning you, promise. 💛
You should watch the video I sent the link to on your previous post. He talks about how we relate to God, how OCD distorts how we relate to God, and so on. He's a former pastor with OCD. Very helpful for religious OCD. There's a lot under the surface that we miss when we're stuck in the OCD spiral.

I have had many many similar fears to you. I know what it is like to suffer the way you are suffering, and I am deeply sorry. I know how hard it is. Your are safe, even if you feel like you are not. Your thoughts like that don't matter to God. You don't have to worry about those thoughts. Do you have a good support system? When you are hurting this much, you need one.
im so afraid. someone said that blasphemy of the holy spirit is when you say something thats untrue. and my ocd is having a field day with it. i believe God is amazing, great and forgiving. however why are my thoughts this way, it gives me anxiety down to my toes and makes me want to vomit. im sorry if this triggers someone or anything. I used to have religious OCD. Still kinda do. Accidentally thought something bad about God once, panicked thought something bad about the Holy Spirit. Fell into doom. This was recently after recomitting myself to Christ. Since then I pretty much gave up. Unfortunately, it also led to me compromising my morals many times because I figured I was going to hell anyway. I wish I knew what OCD was then. I think it would have saved me a lot of pain. I no longer have a relationship with God, and fear I never will again.
