Hi, I’m currently going through this with my new boss he’s young and considered conventionally attractive and I know I don’t actually want anyone else but my fiancé but him being similar in age and also having more of a friend relationship with me and my coworkers instead of the traditional older boss is making it very hard for me I’m always so scared I’ve said something inappropriate or flirted or will cross the line even thought it’s LITERALLY my biggest fear to ever do anything like that to my partner. I wish I had more advice for you other than your not alone and I’m sorry your going through this

@Mk3 Hey, I feel guilty about the same. Like the thought of "why do I like being around other guys when I have my boyfriend's attention?" Im a naturally talkative person who just loves to get to know people and make jokes, without thinking much really. But since I'm in a relationship now it sometimes can get confusing to make any bond outside of my relationship without feeling guilty. Like you said, not all feelings have to have significance.

I know the naseaus and guilty feeling too well, I don't want it either but it keeps coming back, so just know you're not alone I'm going through it too

Yeah I like having actual friends at work and he is married so I always make it a point to ask about her bc I truly am not interested my ocd just warps regular feelings into something worse
