@OutstandingCutieDisorder A little bit. Idk how to live with doubt over this though. I guess I can though, just live in the discomfort honestly. The doubt over constantly questioning if I’ve flirted etc

@Mk3 I’m not sure if this is helpful or just more frustrating, but sometimes when I feel like that I just remind myself that I don’t really have a choice. Even if 100 people replied to you and gave you exactly what you wanted to hear, you would still have doubt. No compulsions are actually going to successfully remove the doubt. So either way, you will have to exist in the doubt whether you resist the compulsions or not. So why waste time and energy doing compulsions that won’t actually help? But I know how hard it is and how horrible it feels.

@Mk3 I highly doubt it. I think it might feel good at first, but afterwards the doubt would creep back for other reasons.

@Mk3 Don’t you think you’d start to doubt that he really thinks it’s ok though? Or wonder if it hurt him? Or some other thing? I think the confessing would introduce a whole host of new worries
