Does anyone know why my feed is like this it’s so triggering. Idk if it’s because I always consume and engage with it or if it’s because it’s an actually sign and I keep pushing it off

I hear you and question it in the same way. Even so, my church started talking about revelation and my small group just started a revelation study. All coming at once feels like a sign, but if you are a person of faith, I do challenge you the same way I challenge myself. If we know God and his character, shouldn’t we feel okay with it out of our hands? We won’t know the day or hour, but yes, we should be as prepared in our heart as possible. If even Jesus tells us he doesn’t know the time, we can be sure Charles online doesn’t know either. I remember people thinking the mark of the beast was credit cards were invented. Praying for you and your peace. Remember, God is good.
@cole.c Thank you :)
Ronald Reagan was the antichrist because his first, middle and last name had 6 letters. 🤣
The algorithm will put more of what you engage with. It’s not a sign. I’ve felt like you have so many times & I finally was able to talk some sense into myself after my friend explained algorithms for me. I do however still take a lot of things as signs even when I know it’s irrational & they are in fact not signs. It’s scanning for danger to make sure you catch it before it blows up. I hope this made sense, I’m sorry if it didn’t🤍
Yes, tune those wannabe know it all's out...
I googled pictures of pretty cupcakes and so my social media feeds became filled with dessert recipes 😄 Websites & advertisements track what we search and they feed us more of that content. That’s why we get the option to “reject all cookies” or accept them- because companies keep track of our data. ^ Lol I feel like I shouldn’t have said any of this because it’s reassurance that you were seeking haha 😆 but I also think having the knowledge that our data is being tracked- is good to know in today’s day and age
@Love1another<3 Haha yeah I always try to change my algorithm anyway but still get some that creep back in
““But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Matthew 24:36 If someone tells you a specific date, know it’s not God who told them that
I just deleted most social media myself for a similar reason. My obsessions are around weather and war, and it was all over my tiktok and Instagram no matter how often I refreshed them. Honestly- you don’t need them. To satisfy that need to mindlessly scroll, I still use Snapchat and Tumblr. But there are other things you can replace that time with like any micro-learning apps.
